I builded a tool to edit the sky colors of the game. The color change with the hour (game time).
To help with the choose of this colors, this program was built. Indeed this program will be also a laboratory for
the all code class of environment render (sky, dynamic ilumination, sea, sea floor, sun and clouds) that will be
used on BioQuest.
